Refund Policy

Soulife Bodyworks Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice: 1.1. Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments for Soulife Bodyworks.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: 2.1. Cancellations made within the specified notice period are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund. 2.2. Late cancellations (made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment) and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of at least half or full amount of service price. 2.3. Failure to answer phone calls or the door for 10 minutes post-arrival at the client's home will be considered a no-call, no-show and will result in the application of the cancellation fee.

3. Fee Deduction: 3.1. The cancellation fee will be deducted from any pre-paid fees or deposits made for the program. 3.2. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the client will be responsible for paying the cancellation fee before rescheduling or booking future appointments.

4. Exceptions: 4.1. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Clients must provide documentation or evidence to support their request for an exception. 4.2. Soulife reserves the right to waive or adjust the cancellation fee at its discretion.

5. Notification Process: 5.1. Clients are required to notify Soulife of any cancellations or changes to their appointments as soon as possible. Notification can be made via phone call, text or email.

6. Rebooking Policy: 6.1. Clients who cancel their appointments without incurring a cancellation fee may reschedule their appointment based on availability. 6.2. Rebooking requests are subject to availability and must be made within 30 days of the original appointment date.

7. Failure to Comply: 7.1. Clients who repeatedly fail to comply with the cancellation policy may be subject to additional penalties, including loss of booking privileges or refusal of future appointments.

8. Amendments to Policy: 8.1. Soulife reserves the right to amend or update the cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes to the policy.

9. Acceptance: 9.1. By booking a Soulife service, clients acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the cancellation policy outlined herein.
